Crows Nest Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced **Veterinary Receptionist/Administration Assistant** to join our friendly and professional team full-time. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional client care and thrive in a dynamic clinic environment, we’d love to hear from you.

**What you’ll do**:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships by assisting with enquiries and requests.
- Manage scheduling of appointments and procedures.
- Oversee daily administration tasks, including insurance claims, patient histories, and banking.
- Keep reception organised, welcoming, and efficient.
- Support workflow across the clinic, working collaboratively with the wider team.
- Handle key admin functions: recalls, ordering, stocktake, and insurance processes.
- Liaise with support office teams, including IT, to ensure smooth clinic operations.
