Senior Administrator

We are seeking a competent Senior Administrator to join our team to and assist with delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

About you:

Duties and responsibilities

• All administrative duties including reception, mail and managing phones.
• Manage the firm's lodgement program.
• Liaise with the ATO regarding client's affairs.
• Debtors management.
• Database and Document Controller duties.
• Manage the firms corporate secretarial portfolio including preparation of forms and resolutions.
• Manage our small but effective team in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
• Support other team members in our small, close-knit team.

Skills and experience

You will be a confident, social and highly motivated individual. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as:

• A strong work ethic with a willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done.
• Great organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in managing a similar size accounting practice is highly desirable.
• Experience with Xero, CCH, BGL, APS, MYOB, Handisoft or similar softwares is a must.
• Impeccable customer service skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to use own initiative and be solutions focused.
• A demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
