About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Customer Service and Sales Assistant at our BRAND NEW store in Shepparton.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, and developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
  • Supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met
  • Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
