The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be responsible for bringing positivity to every interaction. Welcoming people in-store, lending a helping hand and delighting customers, every day.

You'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of different areas of the store, including:

  • Delighting our customers on the shop floor
  • Maintaining the presentation and availability of our beautiful products
  • Supporting our dedicated customer service areas
  • Organising our product in stock reserves and back of house areas
  • Delivering an incredible online shopping experience for our click and collect and/or home delivery customers
