Job Title: Sales & Campaign Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Campaign Administrator to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our high-performing sales team, managing properties from prospecting to settlement, and ensuring accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales administration support to our sales team, including managing properties, setting up and finalizing agent commissions, and ensuring accurate compliance of documentation.
  • Contact and consult with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council, and solicitors to ensure the smooth progress of sales and all appointments are on time and efficiently run.
  • Liaise with vendors, tenants, and outside agencies to arrange access and prepare properties for photo shoots and inspections.
  • Prepare all pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs, and original contracts.
Requirements:
  • Certificate of Registration in Real Estate is essential.
  • 12+ months experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Sound knowledge of Agentbox & Excel.
  • Great presentational skills.
  • A keen interest in Real Estate & Progression.
  • Be a motivated self-starter.
