Sales Support Role Overview



The Sales Support Coordinator will be an integral part of the Sales team at Bradken, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, preparing reports, and managing data to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with Area, Account, and Regional managers to provide market-leading products and services to customers
* Prepare and maintain reports, quotations, and other documents to support sales activities
* Monitor and liaise with customers and Bradken Logistics regarding deliveries and other matters
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in internal systems, ensuring effective communication across all teams
* Utilize Salesforce skills to assist with training, data quality, and report interpretation

Requirements:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
* Experience with customer order management or a Sales environment is desirable
* Proficiency in Salesforce is highly desirable
* Experience working in Manufacturing or similar industry is desirable but not essential
