We are currently in search of a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to service excellence to enhance our Hotel Service Management team.

Various managerial positions are available, including Night Manager, Assistant Manager, Front Office Manager, Operations Manager, and Housekeeping Manager.

As a Night Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing leadership and support to the Front Office overnight team
- Ensuring continuous coverage of the front office during all shifts, including meal breaks
- Delivering knowledgeable and friendly service to both guests and team members
- Conducting property-specific night audit procedures
- Performing floor checks when feasible
- Assisting guests with inquiries and complaints, providing accurate information about property amenities
- Efficiently managing guest check-ins and check-outs
- Greeting all guests warmly and using their names to enhance the personal touch
- Answering phone calls promptly and professionally
- Documenting guest feedback for management review
- Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing daily reports
- Ensuring all guest information is current in the property management system
- Promoting the loyalty program to non-members
- Facilitating effective communication during shift handovers
- Addressing special requests promptly and maintaining the front desk's cleanliness.

As an Assistant Manager, your role will involve:
- Supervising and training Front Office Team Members to uphold service standards
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Communicating updates regarding policies and property information
- Conducting departmental meetings to address shift-related matters
- Leading by example in delivering exceptional service
- Overseeing the reservation area to maximize revenue
- Assisting in the preparation of staff schedules and recruitment processes
- Conducting performance appraisals for team members
- Organizing training sessions to enhance team skills
- Reporting equipment issues to the appropriate departments
- Fostering open communication between departments.

As an Operations Manager, your duties will include:
- Addressing guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborating with the General Manager to ensure equitable revenue distribution
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders
- Overseeing daily operations and providing guidance to department heads
- Leading departmental meetings to maintain service standards
- Implementing strategies to enhance guest comfort and service innovation
- Ensuring departments are adequately staffed during peak periods.

As a Front Office Manager, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Managing guest complaints effectively
- Collaborating with the General Manager on revenue distribution
- Training and supervising Front Office Team Members
- Working operationally in the Front Office as needed
- Ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
- Participating in training programs to enhance departmental standards.

As a Housekeeping Manager, your role will involve:
- Planning and coordinating housekeeping activities to meet high standards
- Conducting inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Collaborating with other departments for efficient room turnover
- Managing inventory and supplies
- Preparing reports and assisting in budget preparation.
