We are currently looking for a dedicated professional to become a part of our Hotel Service Management team.

Multiple managerial positions are available, including Night Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor, Front Desk Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, and Housekeeping Supervisor.

As our next Night Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing leadership and support to the overnight Front Desk team
- Ensuring the front office is adequately staffed at all times, including during breaks
- Delivering exceptional, knowledgeable, and friendly service to both guests and internal teams
- Completing property-specific night audit tasks
- Conducting floor checks when feasible
- Assisting guests with inquiries and resolving complaints while providing accurate information about property amenities
- Efficiently managing guest check-ins and check-outs
- Greeting all guests warmly and using their names to enhance the personal touch
- Answering phone calls promptly and professionally
- Documenting guest feedback for management review
- Ensuring cash handling accuracy and balancing the cash float
- Preparing and distributing daily operational reports
- Recording all transactions and account modifications
- Processing foreign currency transactions accurately
- Collecting payments and issuing receipts
- Keeping guest information updated in the Property Management System (PMS)
- Informing non-loyalty program guests about membership benefits
- Conducting thorough handovers to ensure continuity of service
- Acting on special requests promptly
- Maintaining the front desk's cleanliness and presentation
- Facilitating effective communication between departments and management.

As our next Assistant Supervisor, your role will involve:
- Supervising and training Front Desk Team Members to uphold service standards
- Ensuring all policies and procedures are understood and followed by the team
- Communicating updates regarding policies and property information
- Leading departmental meetings to discuss activities and address any concerns
- Performing front desk reception duties as needed
- Setting an example by providing excellent service to guests
- Managing the reservation area to maximize revenue
- Accounting for daily revenue and preparing summaries
- Assisting in roster preparation to ensure adequate staffing
- Participating in recruitment and selection processes
- Conducting performance appraisals for team members
- Organizing training sessions for staff
- Implementing strategies to enhance productivity and morale
- Reporting any equipment issues to the appropriate department
- Promoting open communication between departments
- Adhering to privacy regulations regarding guest information
- Engaging in training programs to enhance personal and departmental standards.

As our next Operations Supervisor, your duties will include:
- Addressing guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Supporting the General Manager in revenue distribution among unit owners
- Building strong relationships with unit owners
- Maintaining a strategic perspective to enhance guest and owner satisfaction
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency
- Assisting the General Manager in managing property services
- Providing feedback on property operations
- Offering guidance and support to department heads and team members
- Leading by example in delivering exceptional service
- Managing guest feedback and complaints effectively
- Conducting regular meetings to uphold service standards
- Recommending revenue strategies to enhance guest comfort
- Ensuring departments are prepared for peak service periods
- Collaborating with Sales & Marketing to maximize sales opportunities.

As our next Front Desk Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Addressing guest complaints in a friendly manner
- Collaborating with the General Manager on revenue distribution
- Building relationships with key stakeholders
- Supervising and training Front Desk Team Members
- Working operationally in the Front Desk as needed
- Leading by example in providing excellent service
- Managing the reservation area for maximum yield
- Ensuring departmental productivity within budget
- Recommending strategies to enhance guest comfort
- Coordinating room renovations with relevant managers
- Promoting communication between departments
- Ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
- Participating in training programs to improve standards.

As our next Housekeeping Supervisor, your role will involve:
- Planning and coordinating housekeeping activities to meet standards
- Reporting to the General Manager on departmental productivity
- Conducting inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Preparing for changes in business levels
- Maintaining guest room and property cleanliness
- Collaborating with other managers for timely room changes
- Managing housekeeping inventory
- Assisting in budget preparation
- Preparing reports as required
- Implementing strategies to enhance guest comfort
- Participating in training programs to improve standards.

Annual Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
