Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure responsible service of alcohol procedures are practiced at all times
  • Train and monitor Food and Beverage Attendants to maintain high service standards
  • Supervise Team Members in all aspects of daily operations, providing assistance where needed
  • Maintain accurate records and verify Team Members' time records
  • Ensure approved service sequences and standards are established and maintained
  • Supervise opening and closing procedures to ensure a high standard
  • Maintain efficient operating procedures for point of sale cashiering computer systems
  • Ensure a high level of cleanliness and care of equipment and materials
  • Promptly report maintenance work required to the Manager or maintenance department
  • Maintain outlet stock levels and complete the Restaurant daily log book
  • Develop training plans and conduct on-the-job training sessions
  • Attend scheduled food and beverage meetings and monitor outlets' manpower and payroll budget
  • Take care of personal grooming and monitor service personnel's appearance and grooming
  • Handle guest complaints immediately, courteously, and satisfactorily
  • Assist with conducting performance appraisals of subordinates
  • Other duties as prescribed by operational needs

Requirements:

  • Hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
  • Experience working in a food and beverage role, preferably in a busy and fast-paced environment
  • Possess an energetic and vibrant personality that engages guests
  • Be a well-rounded leader and team player
  • Have strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

What We Offer:

Base hourly rate $27.18, equivalent to $50,000 - $60,000 based on working days and penalties applicable as per the Hospitality Industry General Award
