About the Role:
This is a full-time, 3-year fixed-term position based at our Melbourne campus. The role will provide high-level administrative and governance support to academic or corporate committees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of agendas, papers, minutes, correspondence and other Committee documentation to a high standard using plain English.
- Providing expertise in governance and administration to support the success of our committees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you'll have experience in providing high-level administrative and governance support, demonstrated ability to identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities, and well-developed skills using various digital technologies.
