Job Title: Maintenance Planner/Scheduler

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process asset management data into FMS (Facility Management System) to support operational planning
  • Develop and maintain accurate preventative and predictive maintenance plans across all contracts
  • Assist in implementing the Global Blueprint across Key Accounts in the region
  • Leverage FMS@ISS data to drive improvements in Technical Services
  • Help foster a data-led decision-making culture across the organisation

Requirements:

  • Experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., IBM Tririga, Maximo, SAP)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other data tools
  • High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently with energy, initiative, and adaptability
  • Excellent communication with technical teams, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders
