Job Description

The corporate communications role is pivotal in creating and disseminating internal communication materials. This position works collaboratively with the team to manage content creation and calendars, aligning with internal campaigns and projects.

Responsibilities
  • Draft content for various communication channels and assist in distributing it across platforms.
  • Support the management and improvement of company communication channels, including the website and LinkedIn.
  • Assist with coordinating daily media monitoring and distribution.
  • Build and maintain key contact lists, including media and government officials.
  • Act as the first point of contact for general Corporate Affairs enquiries and draft responses as required.
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to the Corporate Affairs team, including processing invoices.
Requirements
  • A degree qualification in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is essential.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a global business.
  • Strong writing and organisational skills are necessary.
  • You should have a sound understanding of digital platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Be proactive with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to work flexibly when required, including across time zones and during key business periods.
