At the Women's, we seek a highly skilled Internal Communications Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective communication campaigns, content, and events that target a range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities \
\\
  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies and plans that align with organisational goals and objectives; \
    \\
  • Create engaging content for various channels, including email, intranet, and digital platforms; \
    \\
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to support employee engagement, change management, diversity and inclusion, and employer branding initiatives; \
    \\
  • Manage and improve internal channels, including the CEO's communication strategy; \
    \\
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on effective communication practices and techniques.

Requirements \
\\
  • Degree in communications or related field with experience in a similar role; \
    \\
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful internal communications initiatives; \
    \\
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; \
    \\
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and disciplines; \
    \\
  • Experience in managing people and supporting their professional development.
