Internal Communications Specialist

We are seeking a talented and passionate Internal Communications Specialist to assume a pivotal role within our organization. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for executing internal communications programs and content development and distribution services for multiple purposes.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute core internal communications programs.
  2. Provide internal communications change management advice and support in order to facilitate strategic business initiatives.
  3. Design and develop content for internal projects across various business units.

You will need exceptional writing skills, a tertiary qualification in marketing/communications or a related discipline, and a strong professional background within a similar role ideally within the industry. You must also have demonstrable experience in internal communications planning & change management, editing and writing skills, and knowledge of solutions and services.
