About Our Safety Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional to join our team as a Compliance Advisor.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop, implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, protocols and systems in line with industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
  • To provide guidance, training and support to staff on HSE best practices, ensuring a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes and HSE legislation.
  • To collaborate with management to promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with safety standards.

About You:

  • You will have a strong background in health, safety or environmental management, preferably in the energy and natural resources industry.
  • Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent.
  • A proven track record of managing and resolving safety-related issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with teams at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
