Site Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor

As a Site Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with current regulations across all sites.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to train and advise team members and subcontractors on HSE best practices, conduct thorough reviews and risk analyses, and investigate incidents effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all sites are compliant with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Provide expert training and advice to site teams on HSE protocols.
- Conduct regular site audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Investigate incidents thoroughly and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Certification IV in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
- At least 1 year of experience in HSE in new build commercial construction, preferably in units.
- Proven track record of working as a HSE Advisor for a principal contractor in Australia.
