Job Overview:

We're seeking a trusted advisor to implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards in industrial settings. This role involves partnering with businesses to achieve effective health, safety, and environmental strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for HSE business partner or operational roles, preferably in complex high-risk environments.
  • Support the rollout of company policies and ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Coach and mentor leaders and teams to achieve health, safety, and environmental objectives.
  • Lead reporting and investigations of hazards, incidents, and injuries/illnesses.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and collaborate with agencies during inspections and audits.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in HSE business partner or operational roles, preferably in complex high-risk environments.
  • Demonstrable knowledge in HSE, management systems, and relevant legislation.
  • Ability to obtain Australian Defence Clearances.
