Health Safety Environmental Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Safety Environment Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, customers, and stakeholders.
- This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend control measures
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, injuries, and near misses
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility
- Minimum Cert IV in WHS (or working towards)
- 1–3 years' experience in WHS, ideally in construction, telco, or engineering environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for safety, with the ability to build positive working relationships
