Procurement Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially savvy individual to lead our tendering function and drive commercial outcomes across logistics, fulfilment, and customer service functions.

About the Role

  • \
  • Develop and lead the end-to-end tendering function across our Commercial division, targeting contracts with government departments, educational institutions, and corporate customers.\
  • Work cross-functionally to develop compelling proposals, pricing strategies, and streamlined processes that enable us to win more work in a rapidly evolving procurement landscape.\
  • Collaborate with broader Departments to drive commercial outcomes and support project delivery.\
  • Build and lead the Commercial Team's tendering capability from the ground up.\
  • Identify and pursue procurement and tender opportunities across government and enterprise sectors.\
  • Coordinate the preparation of responses for RFQs, RFPs, and other tender formats.\
  • Develop pricing models and commercial strategies aligned with business profitability targets.\
  • Ensure all responses meet compliance, legal, and submission requirements.\

    • Hold a University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Commerce, Business or similar).\
    • Have experience in commercial sales, business development, or account management.\
    • Have experience in government or B2B procurement processes – tender experience preferred.\
