Sourcing and Negotiation Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies for logistics spend, leading tenders, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and communicating outcomes.
This role requires a professional with strong negotiation and contract management skills, project management capabilities, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for logistics spend.
- Lead tenders, evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and communicate outcomes.
- Support commercial teams with pricing for tenders.
- Contribute to working capital targets and ensure correct purchasing channels.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Execute global procurement contracts.
- Ensure compliance with agreements and KPIs.
- Promote adherence to procurement policies.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are desirable. The candidate should have proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role within the logistics industry. Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
