Key Account Development Opportunity

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while proactively expanding our residential and commercial customer base.
  • Design and implement segment planning strategies, monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor customer activity and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client accounts, track customer interactions, and streamline sales processes.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar sales role is preferred, along with full training provided on our organization and industry.
  • Proven ability to source customers, build relationships, and manage accounts effectively.
  • Passion for sales with a talent for driving results and closing deals.
  • Tech-savviness with experience using customer relationship management software or similar.
  • Positive attitude and resilience in a competitive environment.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
