About this opportunity

We have an outstanding opportunity for a Full Time Reliever to provide excellent customer service and emergency response at our retail site in Helensvale/Gold Coast. The successful applicant will receive compensation featuring award-based rates and additional allowances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a high level of security and customer service duties
  • Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
  • Responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and providing necessary support
  • Assessing and responding to situations of risk
  • Access control
  • Incident report writing and data logs

Pay Rate & Roster:

  • Paid between Level 2 to Level 4 - starting from $27.91
  • Weekly First Aid allowance of $36.46
  • Saturday rate starting from $41.87 per hour
  • Sunday & overtime rate starting from $55.82 per hour
  • Public holiday rate starting from $69.78 per hour

Requirements:

  • Current Security License with Crowd Control
  • Control Room License – Highly regarded
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters. Willingness to work nights/weekends
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Highly professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
