
Sales Strategy Manager

The Commercial Capability Manager is responsible for driving business performance by delivering the Sales capability agenda through global and local programs. They contribute to the evolution of the CRM platform, develop Field team KPIs, and align with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Sales Operations Executive and Head of Field Sales to enhance CRM tool functionality.
- Implement global sales capability applications.
- Develop Field team objectives, KPIs, and targets to ensure alignment with strategic business plans.
- Partner with Head of Field Sales and Field Sales Managers to support Field team expectations.
- Coordinate call cycle processes with Commercial Excellence Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in Business or Commerce, and at least 5+ years' experience in FMCG and/or Liquor industry. Previous experience in Sales or Sales supporting roles with a strong capability focus is highly desirable. Demonstrated commercial acumen, ability to create engaging relationships, and recognised skills to engage and motivate teams are essential.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
