About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Audit Manager to join our Audit & Assurance team at KPMGau. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing engagements of high-profile clients and all aspects of audit delivery, client service, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage high-profile client engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of audit services.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow our client base and increase revenue.
  • Provide inspirational and engaging leadership to grow and develop our talent, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Form strong relationships with our prestigious audit clients, playing a key role in the delivery of quality assurance and reporting.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of high performance and success in audit leadership roles.
  • Strong IFRS skills and experience in managing complex audit engagements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
  • Demonstrated team leadership abilities, with a proven track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, including a CA or CPA or equivalent, or ability to obtain a CA or CPA.
