About the Role:

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple audit engagements, supervising and supporting assigned engagement teams in all facets of the audit process. This role requires a strong understanding of audit principles and procedures, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize audit engagements by identifying risks, formulating audit strategies, establishing timelines, coordinating team members, and negotiating fees.
  • Identify areas for further development within the team to build greater Audit capability.
  • Offer coaching and support to foster skill development among team members.
  • Supervise and support assigned engagement teams in all facets of the audit process.
  • Ensure alignment with company policy and adherence to relevant industry legislation and regulations.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Accounting or a related field with a major in Accounting.
  • Completed CA/CPA.
  • 4 or more years audit experience.
