Position Overview: Become an integral part of the Audit & Assurance division for a prestigious Global Accounting Firm in this Assistant Manager position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop audit plans by assessing risks, creating audit strategies, setting timelines, coordinating team efforts, and negotiating fees.
• Identify opportunities for team development to enhance Audit capabilities.
• Provide mentorship and support to promote skill enhancement among team members.
Candidate Profile: As an Assistant Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact and will be responsible for overseeing various audit engagements. You will lead and assist assigned teams throughout the audit process. To excel in this role, you should possess:
• A degree in Accounting or a related discipline with a focus on Accounting.
• Completion of CA/CPA certification.
• A minimum of 4 years of audit experience.
• Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
Role Responsibilities: In the capacity of Assistant Manager, you will supervise audit engagements, deliver on-the-job training, and manage workflow effectively. It is essential to ensure compliance with company policies and adherence to relevant industry laws and regulations. You will actively seek ways to expand the client's engagement with the firm and participate in special projects, reports, and thought leadership initiatives as necessary.
