Position Overview: As a pivotal member of the Audit & Assurance division, the Assistant Manager role is essential for driving excellence in audit processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive audit plans by assessing risks, crafting strategies, setting deadlines, coordinating team efforts, and negotiating project costs.
• Identify opportunities for professional growth within the team to enhance overall Audit proficiency.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to promote skill enhancement among team members.
Candidate Profile: In the capacity of Assistant Manager, you will serve as the main liaison and be responsible for managing various audit projects. You will lead and support designated teams throughout the audit lifecycle. To excel in this position, you should possess:
• A degree in Accounting or a closely related discipline with a focus on Accounting.
• Completion of CA/CPA certification.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in audit roles.
• Relocation assistance may be available for the ideal candidate.
Role Responsibilities: As the Assistant Manager, your duties will include overseeing audit projects, delivering on-the-job training, and managing team workflows. It is crucial to ensure compliance with organizational policies and adherence to applicable industry laws and regulations. You will actively seek ways to expand the client's engagement with the firm and contribute to special projects, reports, and thought leadership initiatives as needed.
