Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the learning experience for children
  • Collaborate with educators to create engaging learning programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Elevate learning outcomes through regular assessments and progress reports
  • Inspire excellence across the centre by promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the centre's Quality Improvement Plan by identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions
About You
  • You have tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA
  • You have proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
  • Previous experience working in the early years sector is highly desirable
  • You hold a valid Working with Children's Check or state-specific equivalent
