About Our Team Lead Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to support our Sustainment Operations team as a Business Integration Manager. This varied leadership position will work across multiple programs and collaborate with all Program Leaders and Managers.

The successful applicant will be dynamic, innovative and a strategic thinker who can build cross-functional and cross-organisational relationships. They will possess excellent communication skills and be outcome focused with strong values-based leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business integration projects and activities that support the growth and development of our teams;
  • Collaborate with program leaders and managers to ensure effective project delivery and achievement of organisational objectives;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external partners;
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Leadership Experience Required:

  • 10+ years leadership experience in defence project environments;
  • Tertiary qualifications and experience in Project Management;
  • Leadership experience within a matrix organisation (desired).
