Leadership Development Manager

Career Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced leadership development manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective talent management and leadership development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and change management. You will partner with executive leaders to provide strategic guidance on people programs, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and high employee engagement.

In this role, you will design and implement training programs that drive business impact, evaluate program effectiveness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance organizational goals. A strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as well as the ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement leadership development strategies that align with business objectives
  • Design and deliver training programs that drive business results
  • Partner with executive leaders to provide strategic guidance on people programs
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and change management
  • Proven track record of successful execution of cross-functional change management initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws and regulations

  • A competitive salary range of $262,500 – $340,000
