As the champion of our front desk you will be the maestro of smooth operations, taking bookings, checking guests in, cash handling and eftpos machine use as well as mingling with all types of fascinating folks along the way. You'll deliver friendly & efficient customer service, creating a warm & welcoming atmosphere for all guests & tenants, with the key aim of retaining & attracting new guests.

Experience within a previous Hotel Front Office role and Hirum PMS experience is highly regarded. Full Time, Part Time and Casual roles on offer across a 7-day roster to meet your working availability and suit your lifestyle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $24.98 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- South Brisbane, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hotel Reception: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
