Support a Top-Performing Director in Sydney

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Gough Recruitment and support a top-performing Director in the Sydney property market.

The role involves providing exceptional administrative support to the Director, maintaining internal processes, managing communication with clients, inspecting properties as needed, creating newsletters and agent email send-outs, organizing diaries and calendars, confirming appointments, leading marketing strategies, and coordinating social media.

A strong administration background in real estate is essential for this role, along with excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

About the Role:
  • Support a top-performing Director and team in the Sydney property market
  • Provide exceptional administrative support, including diary management, calendar organization, and appointment confirmation
  • Maintain and refine internal processes to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage communication with clients, including email and phone correspondence
  • Create and send regular newsletters and agent email updates
  • Inspect properties as needed to provide accurate information to clients
  • Lead marketing strategies and coordinate social media activities
About You:
  • You have a strong administration background in real estate, with a minimum of 2 years' experience
  • You have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • You are highly organized, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for social media and email campaigns
  • You are able to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
