Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Support Specialist to join our dynamic real estate team at IIQAF. This exciting opportunity allows you to support our operations by assisting with various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

About the Role
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of accurate real estate listings, ensuring timely updates and data entry.
  • Coordinate property viewings and schedule appointments for potential buyers or tenants, promoting seamless communication and transparency.
  • Prepare and distribute essential real estate documents, such as contracts, leases, and agreements, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Conduct research on available properties and market trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns, fostering long-term relationships and trust.
  • Support marketing efforts, including online listings and social media promotions, to effectively showcase our properties and services.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as appraisers, inspectors, and contractors, to ensure smooth transaction processes and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; previous experience in real estate or customer service is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software is necessary.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation, are vital.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
