Premier Property Support Specialist

Job OverviewWe're seeking a highly skilled Premier Property Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in the heart of Sydney CBD. This role offers operational support to our General Manager, ensuring efficient performance and management of our premium commercial property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the property administration team to maintain accurate and audit-ready tenant records.
- Liaise with tenants and provide valuable feedback to the team.
- Assist Property Managers on inspections, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive asset growth and engagement.
- Facilitate the preparation and delivery of tenancy-related documentation, enhancing the effective management of assets.
- Support Property Managers in undertaking lease renewals and leasing activities.
- Contribute to monthly reports, aligning with the Service Agreement and schedule.
- Prepare tenant maintenance forms, verify invoices, and issue rent review letters.
- Participate in annual audit processes for assigned assets.
- PREFERABLE TO HAVE EITHER A DEGREE IN BUSINESS OR PROPERTY
- Strong customer service skills, ensuring exceptional experiences for tenants and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with ability to analyze data and create informative reports.
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative environments.
- Proven experience in an administrative capacity within a corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
$85,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience.
