Overview

MINT Residential, a subsidiary of Minor Hotels, is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team in the Sydney CBD. As an integral part of our property management division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary package of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our residential properties, including conducting open homes, processing applications, preparing lease agreements, and administering leasing and property handovers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting inspections and maintaining accurate records
  • Processing rental applications and approving tenants
  • Preparing and executing lease agreements
  • Managing property maintenance and repairs
  • Coordinating with vendors and contractors
  • Providing exceptional customer service to tenants and owners

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current Real Estate Registration or willingness to obtain
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration or reception
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
