We are seeking an exceptional Sydney Commercial Property Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This is an exciting 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity that offers a unique chance to work in a premium commercial property located in the heart of the city.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the property administration team to ensure Voyager tenant records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Liaise with tenants and provide valuable feedback to the team.
  • Assist Property Managers on inspections and facilitate the preparation of tenancy-related documentation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our properties effectively.
  • Support the Property Managers in undertaking lease renewals and leasing activities.
  • Prepare monthly reports according to the Service Agreement and schedule.
  • Process tenant maintenance forms, verify invoices, and issue rent review letters.
  • Contribute to annual audit processes for assigned assets.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Business or Property is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and report writing abilities.
  • Proven experience in an administrative capacity within a corporate environment.
About the Opportunity:

This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll have the chance to work in a dynamic team, contribute to delivering excellent customer-focused property services, and support the General Manager and Property Manager in ensuring smooth operations.
