About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior UX/UI Designer to drive user engagement and satisfaction across our ecosystem. As a key member of our design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive and visually compelling interface elements that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead User Research to gain deep insights into customer needs, identifying pain points, and crafting solutions that seamlessly integrate with the ServiceNow framework.
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Define and communicate the user experience design strategy, vision, and guiding principles, articulating a clear vision that resonates with senior stakeholders.
  • Innovate and direct the exploration of divergent design solutions, developing detailed user flows, and creating high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes to effectively conceptualize design ideas.
Collaboration and Leadership
  • Collaborate closely with your design team to implement strategic visions, contributing unique insights and value to the organization.
  • Build productive and collaborative relationships with internal teams, clients, and cross-functional peers, fostering an environment of open communication and shared goals.
  • Drive high-level strategic decisions with clients, users, and developers, balancing expert opinions with stakeholder needs.
Design Execution and Innovation
  • Illustrate design ideas using tools like wireframes, mock-ups, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, utilizing software tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Fig Jam, Miro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
  • Design intuitive graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets, adhering to ServiceNow's design best practices.
  • Oversee design alignment with ServiceNow best practices and project roadmaps, collaborating closely with the development team for flawless execution.
Estimated Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 per annum

This compensation range is based on industry standards, taking into account factors such as location, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary package that reflects the value we place on attracting and retaining top talent.
