The successful candidate will have experience leading procurement activities autonomously in a broad stakeholder environment and will be responsible for developing procurement plans, managing tender processes, and engaging with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement procurement plans for project works
* Manage tender processes, including engaging and negotiating with Australian and International subcontractors and suppliers
* Lead and manage the entire procurement lifecycle for all S&Q/project works on the Defence Fuels Network
* Engage with key stakeholders, including operational team, legal and commercial, external suppliers
* Provide governance, advice, and guidance regarding UGL's procurement policy requirements and industry best practices

Requirements:

* Relevant degree or qualifications within law, business, engineering, supply chain, procurement, or project management
* CIPS or equivalent will be highly regarded
* Proven experience working with complex subcontracting and procurement environments
* Strong understanding and working experience of subcontracting commercial instruments, their terms, and negotiation
* Self-motivated and driven individual with exceptional communication skills, proven experience across various levels of internal and external stakeholders
* Currently holds, or ability to obtain, relevant Security Clearance
