About the Operations & Compliance Manager Role
This senior position oversees the operational aspects of adult learning programs, ensuring efficient functioning and regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will lead data management, reporting, and system administration to support program delivery, while maintaining adherence to key standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operational tasks, learner systems, and reporting to support effective program delivery.
- Ensure compliance with ASQA Standards, VET Quality Framework, Skills First contracts, and Victorian VET Student Statistical Collection Guidelines.
- Develop and refine policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
- Support audits, regulatory reporting, and system updates.
What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an RTO, strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
