Adult Learning Program Coordinator

The Operations & Compliance Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of adult learning, overseeing operational tasks and learner systems to ensure smooth program delivery.
This hands-on role manages data, reporting, and system administration to guarantee administrative, financial, and learner systems run efficiently.
You will also manage RTO compliance, implementing and monitoring policies and procedures to meet all regulatory requirements and support audits and reporting.
About The Role- Oversee operational tasks, learner systems, and reporting to support high-quality accredited programs
- Ensure compliance with ASQA Standards, VET Quality Framework, Skills First contracts, and Victorian VET Student Statistical Collection Guidelines
- Implement and refine policies and procedures to meet regulatory obligations
- Support audits, regulatory reporting, and system updates
Your work will directly contribute to the success of students and the broader team.
About YouTo be considered, you will have;
- Proven experience in an RTO, with strong knowledge of ASQA Standards, VET Quality Framework, and funding contract management (e.g., Skills First)
- Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor compliance policies and procedures
- Strong operational knowledge of RTO systems (e.g., SVTS, Epsilon, ADMs, VETtrak) and experience managing administrative, financial, and data systems efficiently
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders
