Adult Learning Operations Coordinator

As a pivotal Operations and Compliance Manager, you will shape the future of adult learning while ensuring compliance in a role that drives smooth operations.
This hands-on position combines expertise in day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance to directly influence the success of our programs and the growth of early childhood educators.
About The RoleYou will oversee operational tasks, learner systems, and reporting to support program delivery, manage RTO compliance, and implement policies and procedures to meet all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage operational tasks, learner systems, and reporting to support program delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including ASQA, VET Quality Framework, Skills First contracts, and Victorian VET Student Statistical Collection Guidelines.
- Implement and refine policies and procedures to meet regulatory obligations.
- Support audits, regulatory reporting, and system updates.
To be considered, you will have:
- Proven experience in an RTO, with strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, such as ASQA and VET Quality Framework.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor compliance policies and procedures.
- Strong operational knowledge of RTO systems (e.g., SVTS, Epsilon, ADMs, VETtrak) and experience managing administrative, financial, and data systems efficiently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
