The Operations and Compliance Manager oversees the operational aspect of adult learning programs, managing data, reporting, and system administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
About YouTo be considered for this role, you will have:
- A proven track record in an RTO environment with strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks including ASQA Standards and VET Quality Frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor compliance policies and procedures ensuring a high level of organizational integrity
- Strong technical expertise in RTO systems including SVTS, Epsilon, ADMs, and VETtrak, with experience in efficiently managing administrative, financial, and data systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills allowing effective collaboration across teams and with external stakeholders
This opportunity offers flexibility, including part-time or full-time work arrangements with remote working options available.
