Adult Learning Program Manager

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping adult learning programs while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will oversee the operational side of adult learning programs, effectively managing data, reporting, and system administration to ensure seamless operations.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Managing operational tasks, learner systems, and reporting to support program delivery and execution
  • Ensuring rigorous compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting audits and reporting initiatives
  • Implementing and refining policies and procedures to meet regulatory obligations and drive organizational excellence

This role offers flexibility, allowing full-time or part-time work arrangements with remote working options available. To be considered, you must have:

  • Proven experience in an RTO environment with strong knowledge of ASQA Standards, VET Quality Framework, and funding contract management principles
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor compliance policies and procedures, ensuring optimal results
  • Strong operational knowledge of RTO systems and experience managing administrative, financial, and data systems efficiently
