Optimize Learning Experiences

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Learning Experience Designer to collaborate with our team and drive enterprise capability uplift through effective learning solutions.

This pivotal role involves:

  • Conducting Learning Needs Analyses with stakeholders
  • Implementing learning solutions that meet business objectives, change behaviours, and improve performance
  • Capturing and documenting all learning requirements, ensuring SME involvement throughout the design, development, and implementation process

You will work closely with our Organisational Learning & Capability Team to develop tools, templates, and processes that elevate internal learning design and development quality.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Adult Learning (Certificate 4 in Workplace Training and Assessment or higher)
  • Expertise in developing digital learning for blended programs across multiple verticals

Key Skills and Qualifications

Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • Degree or higher in Adult Learning
