As a Service Delivery Manager at Dedalus, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and reliability of healthcare services. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on optimizing service delivery within the healthcare technology sector.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations related to project forecasting, reporting, and resource allocation.
  • Lead a talented team of approximately 18 professionals in the PAS Professional Services division.
  • Coordinate resource assignments for all PAS project activities, ensuring effective cross-training and career development.
  • Manage financial aspects of Professional Services, including tracking revenue and opportunities against the annual budget.
  • Facilitate efficient work processes for both small orders and larger projects.
  • Support the Sales team by providing estimates and contributing to client proposals.
  • Enhance customer engagement through staff education and mentoring.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve issues affecting customer satisfaction and project timelines.
  • Utilize analytics to track project performance, resource utilization, and profitability.
  • Engage with finance teams regarding billing and project analysis.
  • Design and implement ad-hoc reporting and provide senior support for implementation activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and third-party organizations during project phases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare software setting, with knowledge of both private and public organizations.
  • A minimum of 3 years managing a Professional Services team, with full accountability for revenue and resource management.
  • Strong understanding of software development and service delivery processes.
  • Proficient in business analysis and requirements definition within the healthcare industry.

  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
