The Customer Strategy and Technology team leads this effort, leveraging data and insights to implement new technologies and build customer-centred solutions.

A permanent full-time opportunity exists for a Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Coordinator to support the operation of the PMO and track technology delivery projects.

This role is responsible for delivering management reports and providing performance insights into the technology project portfolio. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and able to work under pressure, prioritising tasks autonomously within an agreed work plan.
