**The Department**

SBS Technology can be thought of as the 'engine room' of SBS. Our primary role is to enable and support the production, distribution, and transmission of content across television, radio, and online platforms. Our teams achieve this by working collaboratively to design innovative solutions and deliver end-to-end services for our business stakeholders.

**The Role**

In this role, you will:

- Help define and implement policies and processes to support fact-based decisions on Technology project prioritisation, resource allocation, and scheduling.
- Manage the prioritisation and scheduling of the Technology project portfolio and develop fit for purpose methodologies to continuously refine and improve the process.
- Facilitate demand intake and coordinate senior leaders towards the establishment, ongoing management, and review of a prioritised project portfolio.
- Own, manage, maintain, and support the portfolio prioritisation and management framework, and processes.
- Analyse project and portfolio data to develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to translate information into actionable insights that support effective portfolio governance and decision making.
- Work closely with Project Managers to collect timely data on project progress and ensure that data is updated accordingly.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Experience in a PMO or project portfolio management function.
- Experience in analysing and reporting project and portfolio information.
- Understanding of project delivery including schedules, budgets, benefits, risks, issues, and health.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and PMO processes.
- Capable of engaging a broad group of stakeholders at multiple organisational levels.
- Able to use data to generate insights and support stakeholder decisions and outcomes.
- Strong communication and business writing skills.
- Keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experienced with Microsoft Project and PPM tools.
- MS Office proficient; expert in MS Excel.
