Key Program Lead Opportunity

The position of Key Program Lead is available to lead a critical project in the digital transformation of an educational institution.

This is a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to utilize their skills in managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.

About the Role
  • Leading analysis, technology, change, and quality assurance teams to achieve key program objectives within a portfolio.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, including vendors, IT Directors, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and other project staff to initiate, plan, and execute programs and projects.
  • Analyzing issues and providing necessary leadership to the team to find optimal solutions regarding project management, solution analysis, change management, quality assurance, and architecture.
  • Ensuring alignment of integrated project/program plans across functions and with team leadership.
About You

You will be a self-motivated individual with excellent work organization, time management skills, and ability to work under pressure.

You will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience leading large programs comprised of multiple project teams.
  • Prior experience delivering a CRM platform implementation, specifically Salesforce.
  • It would be advantageous if you have had previous experience in projects which have delivered applications, RPL, migrations, education cloud, student management, bulk communications, marketing, lead & opportunity management, corporate engagement, and/or data management via a CRM.
