Role Detail:
  • Support the management of vendor portfolios, procurement activities, and budgeting processes.
  • Conduct detailed analysis to understand commercial agreements within the technology function.
  • Assist in managing the vendor portfolio to improve cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate annual budget, forecasting, and reporting with the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement and finance activities, including vendor contract negotiations, onboarding, purchase orders, invoices, and month-end processes.
  • Oversee financial management of the technology budget.
  • Develop governance structures and processes with vendors to ensure compliance with contractual terms and business needs.
  • Track contracts, analyze costs/billing to prevent value leakage from existing agreements.
  • Build supplier relationships based on market understanding.
  • Engage in project work, including building business cases, financial modeling/analysis, developing procurement strategies, and negotiating contracts.

About You:

  • A strategic thinker with a commercial approach.
  • A collaborative team player with natural curiosity.
  • Experience in a financial or commercial role, such as Commercial Analyst, FP&A Analyst, or Management Accountant.
  • Comfortable working with budgets, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and project management expertise.
