Procurement Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned procurement expert to drive best-practice procurement strategies across our organization.

This role focuses on fostering strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure the acquisition of goods and services is executed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with our strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end procurement processes: sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, supplier management.
  • Develop RFX documentation and risk strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, act as Probity Officer.
  • Liaise with legal services for procurement matters.
  • Advise stakeholders on sourcing and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Plan and deliver procurement initiatives on time.
  • Ensure purchases meet policy, cost, safety, and legislative standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and strategic transformation of procurement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Extensive procurement experience in complex organizations.
  • Expertise in high-risk, high-value tenders and contract management.
  • Strong supplier engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Vendor Panel, D365, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
